How To Apply

Ensuring our members represent the highest standards of professional excellence and inclusive values within the Philippine business landscape.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Legally registered and operating in the Philippines, or at least 50% co-owned/co-founded by a natural-born Filipino or person of Filipino descent
  • Operating for more than one (1) year (for MSMEs/Corporations) and more than six (6) months (for Student Entrepreneurs).
  • A completed application form
  • For Queer-owned/led organizations/businesses: At least 51% ownership or leadership by queer individuals, or queer representation across key positions (e.g., executive, board, creative director).
  • For Ally-owned organizations/businesses: Must provide documented evidence of meaningful, ongoing commitment to queer communities. Examples include: queer-inclusive employment policies, financial or in-kind support for queer initiatives, or public advocacy on queer issues. Surface-level support (e.g., Pride marketing without year-round action) does not qualify.
  • For Student Entrepreneurs, the Student must be a duly enrolled student and with a business that’s either legally registered or approved/recognized by the school;
  • Advocates for good governance in private and public sectors;
  • Complies with all local employment, discrimination, and human rights laws;
  • Attendance/participation to at least one (1) Members General Assembly and one (1) primary Chamber event (QueerCon, Business Summit, Pride Activation) per year;

  • Commits to supporting PLCC-endorsed functions and events; and

  • A steadfast commitment to Diversity and Inclusion (see below).

Board Screening

Submitting this application form will subject your company or organization in a screening process by our Board of Directors, and we will reach out should there be any need for clarifications or supplementary documents.

Onboarding

After reviewing and approving your application, we will grant you membership, advise you of any membership fees, and proceed to onboarding.

Public Announcement

New Membership announcements will be made quarterly.

Induction

New members will be invited to have their oathtaking during our quarterly Entrepreneurs Night.

Note: All applications are subject to final approval by the Membership Committee.
