Meet the Officers

Ronn Astillas

(Chairperson) Ronn Astillas has more than 15 years of experience in international trade relations and public policy development. He obtained his master’s degree in International Political Economy from the University of Manchester (UK) as a British Chevening scholar, and currently serves as a consultant for multi-sectoral organizations/ entities and provides advice on public policy, stakeholder engagement, and external economic relations. 

As a former Philippine lead trade negotiator in ASEAN services sector, he supported the promotion of competitive and innovative industries to deepen the country’s engagement in regional cooperation and integration. His involvement in international trade included economic negotiations through the ambit of various ASEAN free trade agreements. He served as the inaugural Philippine lead services negotiator for the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), a mega trade deal that accounts for about 30% of the global GDP covering almost 30% of the world population.

As an advocate for greater diversity, inclusion, and equality, Ronn provides guidance and vision on businesses as the current chair of the Philippine LGBT Chamber of Commerce, a non-stock, non-profit industry organization of businesses of, by, and for Philippine LGBT. He also considers himself as an ally of sustainable farming and urges communities to support locally made and grown products and food.

Amrei Dizon

(Director for Membership/Treasurer) – Amrei is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Vitalstrats Creative Solutions (VCS), a 16-year-old independent creative agency specializing in Digital Content Production.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Major in Visual Communication at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. She is also a Certified Professional Marketer from the Marketing Institute of the Philippines.

Amrei is an active member of various organizations and she has held several board positions in the Advertising Suppliers Association of the Philippines and the Philippine Marketing Association where she was awarded as the Most Outstanding Member in 2014. Always in pursuit of opportunities where she can use her skills to support the marketing and creative industry, Amrei served the Philippine Marketing Association as the Director for the 38th Agora Awards— the Philippines’ standard-bearer for marketing excellence in the Philippines.

Currently, Amrei sits as a board member in the Philippine LGBT Chamber of Commerce and is an advocate of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. As a certified Kapatid Mentor at GoNegosyo, she is a staunch supporter of MSMEs. Amrei is also an Honorary Life Member of the Advertising Foundation of the Philippines.

She has served as a resource speaker on Entrepreneurship, Content Marketing, Advertising, and Creativity in schools, companies, and organizations. With her role as the in-house Executive Producer and Director for Vitalstrats, she has produced numerous digital content, video, and event production projects across various industries.

Atty. Quino Reyes III

(Director/Legal Counsel/Corporate Secretary) – Atty. Felipe Joaquin “Quino” Reyes is a commercial, property, and corporate lawyer. In addition to being a member of the Executive Board of the Philippine LGBT Chamber of Commerce, Quino serves as legal counsel of the Chamber. He has a bachelor’s degree in Management from the Ateneo de Manila University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law. He previously served as associate at Ponce Enrile Reyes & Manalastas Law Office and as in-house counsel for the Solar Entertainment Corporation group. He currently works for their family realty business and has a solo legal practice. His practice is focused on corporate, commercial, and property law, including labor and taxation. He has experience in a wide range of special projects, including business and transaction structuring, projects and events management, and dispute resolution. He believes in empowering start-ups and MSMEs so they can formulate best practices for, and reshape, their respective industries. Quino is also a yoga teacher and President of Yoga for Life- a non-profit organization that provides yoga classes primarily to people living with HIV.

Angel Romero

(Director for Partnership and External Affairs) – Angel Romero is a human rights activist with special biases on Women and LGBTQIA. Angel created one of the first OUT safe spaces in the country, and currently serves as Partner and Director for Creative and Marketing at Kapuwa Bistro + Urban Pub. And a member of the Executive Board as a Director for Partnership and External Affairs of the Philippine LGBT Chamber of Commerce. A writer by passion, a corporate slave out of necessity, Angel loves scotch, art and anything vintage.

Jeoff Solas

(Director for Regional Relations and Lead for LGBT Tourism) – Jeoff Solas is a seasoned PR & Marketing professional from the hospitality and tourism industry and has been part of global hotel chains like InterContinental Hotels Groups, Best Western, and recently has launched the hotel Citic Hotel Boracay at Station 1. His diverse business interests led him to launch local brands like Comercio Central in Clark City, the local fitness brand- Fitness Army, and Cooltura Hub in Bulacan which are businesses complementing his ThinkSmarter Marketing Consultancy. Currently he also heads the marketing of Ernest Logistics Corporation  where he implements digital projects and strategies in supply chain and logistics. Jeoff graduated with a degree of B.S. Management from Centro Escolar University- Mendiola, took MBA in De La Salle University and a Certified Digital Marketer by Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP), and achieved further certifications from DTI, DOT and many more.

Evan Tan

(Director for Public Relations and Communication) – Evan Tan is the chief marketing officer and co-founder of the Philippines’s pioneering end-to-end tax assistance platform Taxumo. He is also a contributing editor for the Philippine Daily Inquirer’s Lifestyle section, covering LGBT+ culture and lifestyle. As a founding board member of the Philippine LGBT Chamber of Commerce, he spearheaded the country’s landmark research on SOGIE diversity & inclusion in the workplace: The Philippine Corporate SOGIE Diversity & Inclusiveness Index. He is a senior strategic communications professional with regional experience, and has been either featured and interviewed in top media outlets such as Bloomberg Malaysia, Channel News Asia, The Straits Times, Manila Times, and GMA News.

Simoun Ferrer

(Director for Business Development) Simoun is currently the Assistant Vice-President of GMA Artist Center. He is in-charge of celebrities who are being managed by the department. His task includes scouting for new artists, providing training and development plans for these artists, creating branding plans for these celebrities, handling their publicity and digital presence, and talking different brands for possible endorsements and sponsorships. He is also the Secretary-General and Board member for the Philippine Skating Union, which serves as the official governing body for figure skating and speed skating in the Philippines. This body also represents the national team athletes under these sports. As a founding board member of the Philippine LGBT Chamber of Commerce, he has been integral in programs such as the SOGIE Education Roadshow for different companies and in various activities for the International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia, and Biphobia
